• All apartments are single gender.
• Bedrooms are fully furnished, including a bed frame, twin XL mattress, desk & chair, nightstand, closet, and dresser.
• Living space includes a couch, love seat, two end tables, coffee table, entertainment stand, dining room table, and four dining room chairs.
• Kitchen includes a full-size stove/oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, sink, bar top, and four bar stools.
• Meal plans are required for all on campus residents, however a special low cost meal plan is offered for students residing in the apartments.
• Wi-fi network access is available in each bedroom.
• Cable tv is available in each bedroom and the living room, which includes over 50 channels.
• Laundry rooms are conveniently located on each floor of the building. Laundry machines are free for on campus residents.
• Keyless entry card readers allow student access to both the building and their respective apartments.
• Lounges to study or socialize are located on the second and third floor of the building.
